Shipping Policy

Shipping and Pickup in Israel

– Home delivery only – shipping cost: ₪50.
– For purchases over ₪600, home delivery is free.
– Delivery time: up to 3 business days from the moment the order is ready to ship, to all areas in Israel.
– Self-pickup is available from our store at 171 Dizengoff St., Tel Aviv, free of charge.
– The cost of returning jewelry to the store will be covered by the customer.

International Shipping

– Home delivery only.
– The international shipping fee varies depending on the destination, but will not exceed ₪180.
– For purchases over ₪200, international shipping is free.
– The cost of returning jewelry to the store must be covered by the customer.

Exchanges and Returns

Order cancellations are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010
and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

– In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower, will apply.
– Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

– Jewelry may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, only if it is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
You may choose another piece or receive a store credit for future use.

– A refund may be issued within 14 days of receiving the jewelry, provided it is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

– Custom-made jewelry, including rings made to size, worn earrings, and piercings, cannot be returned.

– Exchanges or returns are handled via courier service at a cost of ₪50.
