1. Introduction

1.3 The preamble and appendices of this Agreement form an integral part of it. This Agreement constitutes the full and exclusive understanding between the Website Owner and the User concerning the use of the Website and its services.
1.4 Words in the masculine gender shall also include the feminine and vice versa; words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

4. Returns and Cancellations Policy

4.1 Any cancellation or return shall be conducted in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (“Consumer Protection Law”).
4.2 Without derogating from the above, a User may return a product purchased through the Website (the “Product”) subject to the following:
4.2.1 The Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase (or another period stated on the Product page), unused, undamaged, in its original packaging.
4.2.2 A completed return form must be included.
4.2.3 Refunds may be made as:
(a) Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 24 months, or
(b) Cash refund via the original payment method, less a 2% cancellation fee.
